Pirate Outing

Pirate outing to the Maritime museum and a cruise around the harbour on the Sarie Marais. 

Oral - Sanqita

Sanqita ended off our orals for this term. She did a pirate ship craft. She constructed her ship well and showed us step by step. 

Orals - Daniel and Thabang

Thabang did a great job with his puppet show. He had his own homemade puppets.

Daniel also did a great puppet show with homemade puppets. He interacted with the class during his oral.

Orals - Gabriel and Gabriella

Gabriel did a great show and tell presentation. He demonstrated how to make a pirate flag (jolly roger). He gave us information about the Jolly Roger and shared some pirate stories.

Gabriella did a great dialogue puppet show. She introduced her puppets as Captain Sparrow and Polly Wolly. She spoke beautifully and told us pirate stories and jokes. 

Orals - Zahra and Nehal

Nehal also did a show and tell presentation. He made a pirate ship using corks. 

 Zahra made a pirate Catapult for her presentation. She explained and demonstrated it very well.

Orals - Rayumi and Michael

Rayumi's oral was a show and tell presentation. She made Pirate rum and a pirate stew.

 Michael did a dialogue for his oral. He told us his code of conduct for his ship.
