Orals

 Today we started our "Growing up" orals. The children are given the opportunity to be the 'pupil of the day'. The children bring in 5 items that he/she can take out and talk about e.g. a family photo, baby photo, item of clothing or toy, the possibilities are endless.


Harini started us off with a lovely oral. She spoke about how old she is and where she was born. She then took out the following items and explained what they were:

• Her first toy (a stuffed sea horse)
• A pair of shoes she wore as a baby
• Her very first shirt that she got in hospital
• the hospital bands that her mom wore
• and a baby bottle
